Create a new accounting account

Use this endpoint to create a new accounting account.

The prefix parameter takes a 4 digits integer which will be matched with the prefix of the corresponding account in Holded.

Example: 7000 -> 70000000 Ventas de mercaderías

The API will create an account at the next available number under this prefix

Example: 7000 -> 70000001

If no name is provided, the name will fall back to the name of the parent account
